Rules and scoring

Goal: win exactly the number of tricks you bid. The highest score after 25 rounds wins; ties share the win.

Deal: four players, 52 cards. Hand sizes rise from 1 to 13, then fall from 12 to 1. The dealer changes each round.
Trump: the suit of the top card in the remaining deck. There is no trump in the 13-card round.
Bidding: choose a whole number from 0 to your hand size. The player after the dealer bids first; the dealer bids last. The final bid cannot make the total bids equal the number of tricks available.
Play: the player after the dealer leads the first trick. Follow suit if you can. Otherwise play any card; you do not have to trump or beat the highest card.
Trick winner: the highest trump wins, or the highest card of the led suit if no trump was played. Cards rank 2–10, J, Q, K, A, with aces high. The winner leads next.
Exact bid: score 10 plus your bid. Bid 3 and win 3: +13 points. Bid 0 and win 0: +10 points.
Missed bid: lose the difference between your bid and tricks won. Bid 3 and win 1 or 5: −2 points.

Computer opponents: they estimate possible deals from their own cards, previously played cards and which players could not follow suit. They aim to meet their bids, not to win the most tricks. They cannot see hidden hands.

Controls: tap a legal card to play it. Dimmed cards cannot be played on this turn. Swipe your hand sideways if needed. During bidding, the “–” button minimises the dialog so you can see and scroll your cards.

The English game saves separately in this browser. New game clears the current match. Round score shows the last completed round. The trick winner is marked with a gold border and text; all four cards remain visible for 1.8 seconds. Expand Last trick and Last round result below the table; both survive a reload. The next deal starts 4.5 seconds after scoring.
