Heart Match

Tap two adjacent hearts, or swipe one towards its neighbour. Match at least three identical hearts horizontally or vertically. Diagonal swaps are not allowed. Tap a distant heart to move the selection.

Each cleared heart earns 10 points. A heart shared by intersecting matches counts once. Matches formed by falling hearts also score; a whole chain reaction uses one move. Invalid swaps are reversed and do not use a move.

Free play has no move limit. In the 30-move challenge, score as many points as you can. A manual shuffle costs one move in the challenge and is free in free play. Shuffling earns no points. If no swaps remain, the game automatically shuffles for free.

Hint shows a valid swap for free. Shuffling creates a playable board with no existing matches, using new hearts if needed. Each mode has its own best score.

Keyboard: Tab to reach the board, arrow keys to move, Enter or Space to select and swap, Escape to clear your selection.

The game saves automatically after each completed move in this browser. If closed during an animation, it resumes from the previous completed move. Your selected mode takes effect when you press New game, replacing the current game.
